At the present time, we are unable to accept returns. It is the nature of our business to produce one off instruments and once they are shipped we cannot resale them. We go over the guitars multiple times so we can be sure you will receive a trouble free instrument. If a problem arises we will do all that we can to make right any issue that you have.
